Zoo Devs keep telling me to clear my cookies/cache. What is a cookie? What is a cache? How do I clear my cookies/cache?

Cookie: A cookie, also known as a web cookie, browser cookie, and HTTP cookie, is a piece of text stored by a user's web browser. A cookie can be used for authentication, storing site preferences, shopping cart contents, the identifier for a server-based session, or anything else that can be accomplished through storing text data.

Cache: In computer science, a cache is a component that improves performance by transparently storing data such that future requests for that data can be served faster. The data that is stored within a cache might be values that have been computed earlier or duplicates of original values that are stored elsewhere. If requested data is contained in the cache (cache hit), this request can be served by simply reading the cache, which is comparably faster. Otherwise (cache miss), the data has to be recomputed or fetched from its original storage location, which is comparably slower. Hence, the more requests can be served from the cache the better the overall system performance is.

Removal of cookies/cache on both Mac and PC: Here is a link that will provide with a list of browsers and the "how to". Applications Services

CCleaner: I use CCLeaner as it clears both the cache/cookies AND the flash cookie which most browsers will not do during a simple browser cache clearing.
CCleaner is for PCs (Windows based operating systems)
Onyx is for Macs.

Why is there a glowing present near my zoo island and what is it for?

Zoo decided to allow some of the kiosks to be upgraded. That little glowing present is a wrench. You need a full set of wrenches to upgrade the kiosks.

Why Can't I use PayPal to buy WLPs?

Facebook decided that FB users needed to buy FACEBOOK CREDITS to use for apps on FB.
Zoo World has explained it as such:
We just wanted to let you know that moving forward, all Facebook games will be using Facebook credits as the primary method of payment in-game. In Zoo World, this means that you will no longer be able to purchase Wildlife Points or Zoo Dollar using PayPal or other means after June 29th; you will only be able to make WLP and Zoo Dollar purchases using Facebook credits. We are sorry for any inconvenience but wanted to let you know what's going on! For more information on how Facebook Credits are supported, please visit the Facebook Credit page.

So how do you get FB credits? Go to "ACCOUNT" at top right of FB homepage. There is a FB Credit balance link. You will be able to choose how to pay for your FB credits. Once you have bought FB credits, you can go into ZW's shop and buy an animal that has the FB credit symbol under it.
